Customer Wallet

Who are our competitors… really? Customer Wallet looks at the spend of your customer base at competing brands over time. Who is eating your lunch? Do you have an emerging competitor? Who outside of your category is taking your customer’s dollars.

Online / Offline (beta)

Now you can toggle between online and offline sales for brands. This helps you distinguish which customers drive in-store sales vs. those who prefer to shop the brand online. As well as the distribution between online and offline sales for any brand by geography.
